Clinic Staff

All of us here at Diamond Oaks Veterinary Clinic hope you will come in to meet us. We consider it a privilege to be in this Field and to be trusted with the care and well being of your beloved pets. We want the opportunity to serve you and your family, no matter how many legs they have.

Dr. Ron

Dr. Preissinger graduated from Texas A&M veterinary program in 1975. Even though he has experience in both farm and domestic animals, he now practices on dogs and cats only. Dr. Preissinger is affectionately known as Dr. Ron. Dr. Ron lives in Richland Hills and is only a few minutes from the clinic. Even though we don't have extended hours, Dr. Ron is often able to meet clients in an emergency. We also have emergency information listed on our contact page.

Billie

Billie is our office manager. She has worked for Dr. Ron in one capacity or another since 1995. She has worked in the animal industry for close to twenty years. Billie lives in Watauga with her dog Ruby, who you will see at the clinic most days, and her 14 year old cat Abby, who does not like the clinic at all.

Tammy

Tammy has been with Dr Ron off and on since 1998. She is a Haltom city girl all the way. She's a cat person through and through and is fluent in all the cat languages. If anyone can soothe your cat and make their visit with us easier and less traumatic it's Tammy. Tammy has worked in the animal industry for 20 years and is very knowledgeable in health and grooming of all breeds of dogs and cats.

Greg

Greg is our newest staffer and has been with us over a year now. He started with us during his last year of high school and is now a college student. We hope he continues on with us while he gets his education. He really loves the animals and is very gentle and kind with them. Greg is one of those gentle giant types although we do tease him some about being a bull in a china closet.

Sherry

Sherry !! What can we say about Sherry. She was one of our best clients and asked if she could volunteer on Saturdays. We quickly accepted the help and found out she was so good we figured we would pay her so she wouldn't leave. Six years later and she's still here. Sometimes her husband insists that he get a little time with her and he takes her off somewhere. Sherry is our hardest working and most faithful staff member ( she made me say that).

Kelly

Kelly, our wonderful groomer, she's been here about five years now and been in the industry much longer than that. Kelly has worked for animal control, which is one of the hardest jobs in the world, and has a vast knowledge of animal health care and maintenance to go along with her skill and expertise in grooming. We have a link to Kelly's site where you are likely to find you're pet's picture if Kelly has ever groomed them.
